摘要
设计了一款能够利用砝码的重力势能自主绕过固定障碍物完成8字往复运动的重力无碳小车。叙述了该无碳重力小车的能量转换、支撑、行走、转向等结构的设计思路和功能实现的原理。重点介绍了凸轮的设计方法:先借助MATLAB迭代计算出凸轮的形状,然后将计算所得数据导入SolidWorks软件进行建模仿真,验证重力小车的行动轨迹。在仿真轨迹和预设轨迹基本一致的基础上,完成实物制作和实验测试,进一步验证设计的正确性,为无碳能源的利用提供思路和参考。
A gravity carbon free car which can make use of the gravity potential energy of the weights to bypass the fixed obstacle and complete the figure 8 reciprocating motion is designed.The design idea and function realization principle of the energy conversion,support,walking and steering structure of the carbon free gravity car are described,and the design method of cam is introduced in detail:firstly,the shape of the cam is calculated iteratively with the help of MATLAB,then the calculated data is imported into the SolidWorks software for modeling and simulation to verify the track of the gravity trolley.On the basis that the simulation track is basically consistent with the pre-set track,the physical production and the experimental test are carried out,and the correctness of the design is further verified,which provides ideas and references for the utilization of carbon free energy.
