摘要
美军的“穿透性制空”作战概念具备明显的进攻性特征,使用多型武器装备构建“系统簇”,利用跨域协同、网络支撑、信息赋能、智能决策等关键技术,执行隐蔽渗透、深入纵深、侦测要害目标、大规模打击敌方严密的防空系统等“反介入”力量的任务,以达到确保美军制空优势的目的。深入研究这一针对性明显的作战概念,分析其武器装备和战法运用,探索应对之法,对掌握未来战场的主动权意义重大。
The“Penetrating Counter Air”operational concept of the US military has obvious offensive charac⁃teristics.It uses multiple types of weapons to build a“system cluster”,and utilizes key technologies such as crossdomain collaboration,network support,information empowerment,and intelligent decision-making to effectively implement the tasks of covert infiltration,deep penetration,detection of vital targets,large-scale attack on the en⁃emy’s strict air defense system and other“Counter Intervention”forces,so as to ensure the air dominance of the US military.To master the initiative in the future battlefield,it is of great significance to deeply study this clearly targeted operational concept,analyze the corresponding weapons and combat methods,and explore the ways to respond it.
