摘要
【目的】半夏生产一直以人工种植为主,种植周期较长,耕整地环节用工多,用时长,用工量大,且土壤容易固化,影响着半夏的生长和产量,严重阻碍了半夏产业的发展。【方法】课题组以农机农艺结合为原则,分析了赫章半夏的种植流程,调研了赫章半夏耕整地技术规程,梳理发现赫章半夏机械化耕整地技术发展存在机械化体系不健全、传统农艺操作习惯不易改变、机械化耕整地技术规范不健全等问题,并提出借鉴马铃薯耕整地生产机械化技术、推广山地丘陵半夏机械化耕整地技术、探究不同耕整地技术对半夏生产的影响等发展展望。【结果】赫章半夏机械化耕整地技术的发展,有利于提高半夏的产业化程度,推动半夏种植产业迈向机械化、集约化、产业化、智能化,并为半夏机械化技术模式的推广和新型农业机械的研发提供参考。
[Objective]Pinellia ternata production has always been dominated by artificial cultivation,with a long planting cycle,high labor costs in the cultivation and land preparation process,long time consumption,and large labor volume.Moreover,the soil is easy to solidify,affecting the growth and yield of Pinellia ternata,and seriously hindering the development of Pinellia ternata industry.[Method]Based on the principle of combining agricultural machinery and agronomy,the research group analyzed the planting process of Pinellia ternata in Hezhang,and investigated the technical regulations for cultivation and land preparation of Pinellia ternata.It was found that the development of mechanized tillage and land preparation technology for Pinellia ternata in Hezhang has problems such as incomplete mechanization system,difficult to change traditional agronomic practices,and incomplete technical specifications for mechanized tillage and land preparation.It also proposes development prospects such as using for reference the mechanized technology of potato cultivation and land preparation,promoting the mechanized cultivation and land preparation technology of Pinellia ternate in mountainous and hilly areas,and exploring the impact of different cultivation and land preparation technologies on Pinellia ternate production.[Result]The development of mechanized tillage and land preparation technology for Pinellia ternata in Hezhang is conducive to improving the industrialization degree of Pinellia ternata,promoting the industrialization,intensification,industrialization,and intelligence of Pinellia ternata planting industry,and providing reference for the promotion of Pinellia ternata mechanization technology mode and the research and development of new agricultural machinery.
