摘要
通过对虚拟仿真平台的功能介绍、生产仿真系统的应用、传统建筑材料实训课程与虚拟仿真实训教学的特点进行剖析,从校企合作、产教融合、技术研发等角度进行了深度探讨,与研发企业共同提出了“仿真-实操-仿真”双向循环的虚拟仿真情景体验式应用。从近3年的虚拟仿真操作平台的数据显示:学生连续3年的综合成绩为A类。企业获得直接利润提升15%。通过虚拟仿真技术激发了学生的学习兴趣,对企业的新技术新工艺研发提供可行的方案。
Through an introduction to the functions of virtual simulation platform,the application of production simulation system,the traditional building materials training curriculum and analyzes the characteristics of practice teaching in the virtual simulation,from the cooperation between colleges and the fusion,technology research and development production and education has carried on the deep discussion,together with the research and development enterprise puts forward“the simulation-speaking-simulation”two-way cycle of virtual simulation scenario application experience.The data from the virtual simulation operation platform in the past three years show that the comprehensive score of the students for three consecutive years is class A.Companies saw a 15%increase in direct profits.The virtual simulation technology stimulates students’interest in learning and provides feasible solutions for the enterprise’s new technology and process research and development.
