摘要
以二极管箝位型三电平逆变器为研究对象,分析了其工作原理,建立了数学模型,设计了控制策略。针对控制系统工作在低频段出现若干奇数次谐波问题,采用适用于三电平逆变器的准比例谐振控制方法对输出电压谐波进行抑制。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析得出,二极管箝位型三电平并网逆变器系统在准比例谐振控制下拥有高质量的输出电压波形和较好的负载切换动态特性。
Taking the diode-clamped three-level inverter as the research object,the working principle of the diode-clamped three-level inverter are analyzed,the mathematical model was established,and the control strategy was designed.Aiming at the problem of some odd harmonics in the low frequency band of the control system,the Multi-Resonance Control method suitable for the three-level inverter was adopted to suppress the output voltage harmonics.Through MATLAB Simulink simulation analysis,it was concluded that the diode-clamped three-level grid-connected inverter system had high-quality output voltage waveform and better load switching dynamic characteristics under quasi-proportional control.
