摘要
目的:观察固肾安胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片治疗先兆流产患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年11月至2022年1月该院收治的100例先兆流产患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用烯丙雌醇片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合固肾安胎丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,临床症状消失时间,治疗前后血清性激素指标[β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮]水平、子宫螺旋动脉血流动力学指标[阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)]水平,不良反应发生率,以及妊娠结局。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道流血、下腹坠痛、腰酸胀痛等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清β-HCG、孕酮水平均高于对照组,子宫螺旋动脉RI、PI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组保胎成功率和足月分娩率依次为98.00%(49/50)、86.00%(43/50),分别高于对照组的84.00%(42/50)、66.00%(33/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组早产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:固肾安胎丸联合烯丙雌醇片治疗先兆流产患者可提高治疗总有效率和血清β-HCG、孕酮水平,加快临床症状消失,降低子宫螺旋动脉RI、PI水平,改善妊娠结局,效果优于单纯烯丙雌醇片治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Gushen Antai pills combined with Allylestrenol tablets in treatment of patients with threatened abortion.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with threatened abortion admitted to this hospital from November 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with Allylestrenol tablets,while the study group was treated with Gushen Antai pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the serum sex hormone index levels[β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone],the uterine spiral artery hemodynamics index levels[resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)],the incidence of adverse reactions,and the pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal pain and lumbar soreness and pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serumβ-HCG and progesterone in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of uterine spiral artery RI and PI were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The fetus protection success rate and the full-term delivery rate in the study group were 98.00%(49/50)and 86.00%(43/50),respectively,which were higher than 84.00%(42/50)and 66.00%(33/50)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Gushen Antai pills combined with Allylestrenol tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion can improve the total effective rate and the serumβ-HCG and progesterone levels,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce the RI and PI levels of uterine spiral artery,and improve the pregnancy outcome.Moreover,it is superior to single Allylestrenol tablets treatment.
