工业控制系统安全防护策略研究

摘要 工业4.0、智能工厂等新概念的提出和5G、云计算、大数据等新技术的广泛应用,推动工业控制系统越来越智能化、网络化。文章分析了工业控制系统特点、安全现状,提出了一种由“异常检测、风险评估、危害评估、策略制定”环节构成的系统安全动态闭环防护策略,对改善国内工业控制系统安全具有重要指导意义。 The introduction of new concepts such as Industry 4.0 and smart factory and the wide application of new technologies such as 5G,cloud computing and big data have promoted the industrial control system to become more and more intelligent and networked.On the basis of understanding the industrial control system,this paper analyzes the characteristics and safety status of the industrial control system,and puts forward a dynamic closed-loop protection strategy for system safety composed of four links:"anomaly detection,risk assessment,hazard assessment,and strategy formulation",which has important guiding significance for improving the safety of the domestic industrial control system.
