摘要
为评价我国21个主要沿海港口发展状况,文中利用DEA模型和Malmqusit指数模型测算了我国沿海港口2015-2020年的发展效率和全要素生产率的变化指数。结果表明:我国沿海港口整体发展效率偏低,沿海港口整体上要注重综合效率的提高,不能盲目扩大规模,从动态效率可得出各大港口的抗风险能力差,其中,规模较大的港口需要进行管理创新,规模较小、起步较晚的港口应当借鉴大型港口的运营模式和先进技术。
In order to evaluate the development status of 21 major coastal ports in our country,the DEA model and the Malmqusit index model were used to calculate the development efficiency and total factor productivity change index of the coastal ports from 2015 to 2020 in our country.The results show that the overall development efficiency of our country's coastal ports is low,and the coastal ports as a whole should pay attention to the improvement of comprehensive efficiency and cannot blindly expand the scale.From the dynamic efficiency,it can be concluded that the anti-risk capabilities of major ports are poor,and the larger ports need to carry out management innovation,the port that small-scale and start late should learn from the operation models and advanced technologies of large-scale ports.
