摘要
国际石油巨头顺应能源转型潮流,积极谋划发展氢能业务,将其作为未来有效补充接替传统业务的战略性方向。各国资源条件和产业政策存在差异,国际石油公司行业预期和自身资源优势不同,以上因素使得国际石油公司氢能业务的发展策略、规划布局呈现出不同特点。建议我国石油企业,一是加强氢能业务顶层设计,采取适宜的发展节奏;二是推动建设国家级氢能产业战略联盟,推进构建氢能生态圈;三是充分利用传统业务资源优势,合理规划发展路径。
International oil majors follow the trend of energy transition and actively plan to develop hydrogen energy as a strategic direction to effectively replace traditional business in the future.There are differences in resource conditions and industrial policies in various countries,and the industry expectations and their own resource advantages of companies are different,which makes the development strategy and layout of hydrogen energy of international oil companies show different characteristics.It is suggested that China's petroleum enterprises should firstly strengthen the top-level design of hydrogen energy business and adopt a suitable hydrogen development rhythm;secondly,promote the construction of a national-level hydrogen energy industry strategic alliance and the construction of a hydrogen energy ecosystem;and lastly make full use of the advantages of traditional business resources to rationally plan the development path.
