摘要
针对热回收对水冷冷水机组运行的影响,本文展开了研究。针对该问题,本文分析了水冷冷水机组能效、热回收所得热水温度和回收热量与冷媒、饱和冷凝温度、排气过热度、吸气过热度、冷凝过冷度之间的关系,计算了同型号冷水机组在不同冷媒条件下的热水温度、热回收量及回收比。结果表明冷媒对热回收温度及回收量有明显影响;在同种冷媒条件下,可通过提高饱和冷凝温度以及吸气过热度,或改变冷凝过冷度来改善热回收的效果,与此同时冷水机组的能效也会受到影响;因此在分析冷水机组热回收节能效果时需把制冷系统和热回收系统作为一个整体来分析其经济性及运行效率。
In view of the impact of heat recovery on the operation of water-cooled water units,this paper carried out a study.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyses the relationship between energy efficiency of water-cooled chiller,temperature of hot water from heat recovery and recovered heat with refrigerant,saturated condensation temperature,exhaust superheat,suction superheat and condensation supercooling degree,and calculates the hot water temperature,heat recovery and recovery ratio of the same type of chiller under different refrigerant conditions.The results show that the refrigerant has obvious influence on the temperature and quantity of heat recovery.Under the same refrigerant condition,the effect of heat recovery can be improved by increasing the saturated condensation temperature and the suction superheat,or changing the condensation superheat,at the same time,the energy efficiency of the chiller will be affected.Therefore,when analyzing the energy-saving effect of heat recovery of chiller units,it is necessary to take the refrigeration system and heat recovery system as a whole to analyze their economy and operation efficiency.
