摘要
土壤污染状况的调查主要针对该地块的历史利用变革、受污染种类和潜在污染物质类型等,而由于污染因子可直接通过土壤下渗至地下水而造成污染,因此,对于区域内土壤和地下水环境质量也是土壤调查中必不可少的一部分。本文以上海市浦东新区康桥镇某地块为例,在依据相关技术规范以及环保标准的基础上对其土壤的污染状况进行了调查和评价,旨在为后期该地块的再开发利用提供合理的依据。
The investigation of soil pollution status is mainly aimed at the historical utilization changes,types of pollution and potential types of pollutants in the land parcel.Due to the fact that pollution factors can directly seep into groundwater through the soil and cause pollution,the environmental quality of soil and groundwater in the area is also an indispensable part of soil investigation.Taking a plot in Kangqiao Town,Pudong New Area,Shanghai as an example,this paper investigated and evaluated the soil pollution status based on relevant technical specifications and environmental standards,in order to provide a reasonable basis for the later development and utilization of the plot.
