摘要
根据等离子体点火对低压直流电源的要求,设计了一种基于单管自激式拓扑结构的高压脉冲电源。该电源通过单管自激式拓扑结构实现电压的逆变功能,通过单结晶体管振荡电路提供的控制信号实现对可控硅的控制功能,通过充电电阻和电容的改变实现点火频率变化。为减小变压器漏感对开关管的影响,使用了保护电路。仿真对比逆变升压电路变压器漏感的影响,实现逆变升压电路与点火电路的参数匹配,通过搭建原理样机进行实验,验证了逆变式等离子体点火电源方案设计的有效性。设计升压电路输出电压1 000 V,输出电流0.3 A。通过实验获得等离子体点火电源输出电压大于10 kV,输出电流最大值约500 A,放电时间约52.89 ms。
According to the requirement of plasma ignition to low voltage DC power supply,a kind of high voltage pulse power supply based on single pipe self-excitation topology is designed.The power supply realizes the inverter function of voltage through the single-tube self-excited topology,the control function of SCR is achieved by the control signal provided by the single-junction transistor oscillation circuit,and the ignition frequency variation is achieved by way of changing charging resistance and capacitance.For reducing the influence of transformer leakage inductance on the switch tube,a protection circuit is used.By simulating and comparing the influence of the leakage inductance of the inverter boost circuit transformer,the matching parameters of the inverter boost circuit and the ignition circuit are realized.The effectiveness of the design of the inverter plasma ignition power supply is verified by the experinment through setting up principle sample.The output voltage of the designed boost circuit is 1 000 V and the output current is 0.3 A.The output voltage of plasma ignition power supply which is obtained through experiment is over 10 k V,the maximum output current is about 500 A and the discharge time is approximately 52.89 ms.
