摘要
目的构建医疗机构传染病防控能力评价工具,定量评价医疗机构的防治能力和防治效率。方法结合文献研究和专家咨询,构建传染病防控能力评价指标,利用AHP法计算指标权重,并运用TOPSIS法评价其防控能力。结果构建指标体系包含5个一级指标、10个二级指标、19个三级指标,在传染病防控能力评价中,传染病预防能力这一指标权重最高。结论工作人员配置仍是各医疗机构传染病防控能力的瓶颈,各医疗机构应重视前期预防工作。
Objective To construct an evaluation tool for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions,and to quantitatively evaluate the prevention and control ability and efficiency of medical institutions.Methods Combined with literature research and expert consultation,the evaluation index of infectious disease prevention and control ability was established.The AHP method was used to calculate the index weight,and the TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the prevention and control ability.Results The index system included 5 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes,and 19 third-level indexes.Among the indexes for the evaluation of infectious disease prevention and control ability,the index of infectious disease prevention ability had the highest weight.Conclusion Staff allocation is still the bottleneck of medical institutions'infectious disease prevention and control ability.Medical institutions should pay attention to prevention work in the early stage.
