机器人辅助全膝关节置换术治疗合并关节外畸形的外翻膝1例报道及文献复习 被引量:1

摘要 机器人辅助全膝关节置换术(totalknee arthroplasty,TKA)兼顾了术前三维规划、术中导航、术中可视化操作及术中人工智能辅助精确截骨等技术特点^([1])。与传统手术比较,机器人辅助TKA可以实现术前精确计划,术中精准操作,提高假体放置的准确性,改善术后下肢力线,改善术后功能康复^([2-3])。其最突出的优势是可以术前确认关节畸形,完成三维手术规划,术中完全实施三维规划,避免人为误差,尤其适合术前畸形较严重的患者。同时,手术过程中不需要股骨、胫骨开髓,可以减少出血,对于合并内固定的患者,可以避免内固定取出的操作及二次损伤。本文报道了1例合并膝关节外畸形的外翻膝患者,采用机器人辅助TKA完成了初次膝关节表面置换。
