摘要
针对高职院校产教融合和应用型人才培养的关系,进行高职院校产教融合实践探索,从政府主导、校企优势互补、协作共赢角度进行探究,提出了“产教融合、多元协作”的人才培养模式,以产业需求侧为导向开展教育供给侧改革,以推动高素质应用型人才培养。
In view of the relationship between the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges and the training of application-oriented talents,the practice of integrating industry and education in higher vocational colleges is explored.The talent cultivation mode of"integration of industry and education,multiple cooperation"is put forward and explored from the perspective of government-led,complementary advantages of schools and enterprises,and win-win cooperation,the education supply side reform guided by the industrial demand side is carried out,for the purpose of promoting the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents.
