摘要
基于赫兹接触理论、弹性流体动压润滑理论和滚动轴承动力学理论,建立了折返式弹支一体化球轴承的刚度计算模型,并使用SARB轴承动力学仿真软件进行求解。研究了径向载荷、轴向载荷、内圈转速等轴承工况参数以及鼠笼笼条宽度、厚度等结构参数对轴承及折返式弹支一体化球轴承刚度的影响,并与有限元法得到的刚度结果进行了比较,2种方法的偏差范围为5%~16%。研究结果为折返式弹支一体化球轴承的刚度计算和结构优化提供了理论依据。
Based on Hertz contact theory elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory,and rolling bearing dynamics theory,the stiffness model of folded elastic support integrated ball bearings is established and solved by SARB software.The offects of bearing operating parameters such as radial load,axial load,inner ring rotational speed,etc.,as well as structural parameters such as section width and thickness of squirrel cage strips on stiffness of the bearings and folded elastic support integrated ball bearings are studied,and compared with the results of stiffness obtained by FEM(finite element method),the deviation range of the two methods is 5%~16%.The research results provide a theoretical basis for calculation and structural optimization of stiffness of folded elastic support integrated ball bearings.
