摘要
压力变送器是一种将温度变量转变为可传送的标准化电流输出信号的仪表。目前该类国产仪表的功能性能已得到了飞速的发展,但在可靠性和稳定性方面距离国外先进水平仍有一定的距离,尤其是在冶金和化工等恶劣工况下,影响高温压力变送器可靠性的关键因素是行业关注的热点问题。以高温熔盐压力变送器为研究对象进行了故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)。按照自上而下的结构分解和层次约定,详细地分析了高温熔盐压力变送器所有的故障模式、故障原因、故障影响和发生概率,以及危害性,最终找到仪表可靠性薄弱环节和关键影响因素。由此对仪表的耐腐蚀特性的评价有一定的参考作用。
Pressure transmitter is the instrument that converts a temperature variable into a transmittable,standardized current output signal.At present,the functional performance of domestic instruments has been developed rapidly,but there is still a certain distance from the foreign advanced level in terms of reliability and stability.Expecially in harsh working conditions such as metallurgy and chemical industry,the key factors affecting the reliability of high-temperature pressure transmitters are hot issues that the industry is concerned about.The FMEA is carried out by taking pressure transmitter for high-temperature molten salt as the research object.According to the top-down structure decomposition and hierarchical conventions,all failure modes,failure causes,failure effects,occurrence probability and hazard are analyzed in detail.Finally,the reliability weak link and key influencing factors of the instrument are found out,which has a certain reference value for the evaluation of the corrosion resistance of the instrument.
