摘要
儿童支气管炎是儿科门诊最常见的呼吸道疾病之一,严重威胁儿童健康,若治疗不及时,日久会发展为肺炎。目前现代医学治疗儿童支气管炎副作用较多,尤其是咳嗽痰多、小儿不会吐痰的情况下,中医药治疗效果显著,副作用较少。阐述张磊教授涤浊法辨证治疗儿童痰浊闭肺型支气管炎的经验。张老认为涤浊法治疗儿科疾病病机关键要点在“浊”,方的要点在“涤”。涤浊法是张老临证八法中最具特色的一种治法,广泛应用于各类疾病,但始终紧扣浊邪阻滞的病机,方药随证加减变化,缓缓图之,以清除浊邪。涤浊法特点是谨守病机、祛邪不伤正。以千金苇茎汤为主方加减治疗,方虽平淡,有涤浊化痰、宣降肺气作用,其以治疗上焦为主。
Pediatric bronchitis is one of the most common respiratory diseases in pediatric outpatient,which seriously threatens children’s health,and can develop into pneumonia over time if not treated promptly.At present,there are many side effects in the treatment of children’s bronchitis by modern medicine,especially in the case of cough and phlegm,and the child does not spit.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant curative effect and few side effects.Zhang Lei’s experience in treating children with phlegm-turbidity closed-lung bronchitis with syndrome differentiation of purification turbidity method was expounded.Professor Zhang believes that in the treatment of pediatric diseases,the key point of the disease mechanism is“turbidity”,and the key point of the formula is“purification”.The method of purification turbidity is one of the most characteristic treatment methods among Zhang’s eight methods of clinical evidence,which is widely used in all kinds of diseases,but always closely follows the pathological mechanism of blockade of phlegm-turbidity,and the prescriptions change according to the evidence,so as to remove turbidity slowly.The characteristics of purification turbidity method are that i t adheres to the disease mechani sm and expels the pathogen without harming the righteousness.Qianjin Weijing Decoction is the main prescription for addition and reduction.Although the formula is plain,it has the effect of removing turbidity and phlegm and dispersing lung qi,and is mainly used to treat the upper jiao.
