摘要
目的探讨基础护理管理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年5月栖霞市人民医院收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理模式,试验组在对照组基础上加用基础护理管理干预,比较两组的应用效果。结果试验组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖及不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础护理管理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果较好,可以稳定血糖水平,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of basic nursing management in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Qixia People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the experimental group was given basic nursing management intervention on the basis of the control group.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of basic nursing management in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is good,which can stabilize the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
