灵新煤矿主运输胶带机升级改造技术方案研究与应用

摘要 近年来,随着采掘技术装备的发展,尤其是采掘智能化技术装备的投入和运行,为煤矿主运输系统带来了新的挑战。国家能源集团宁煤公司灵新煤矿是1993年投产的老煤矿,设计生产能力240万吨/年,2019年核定生产能力390万吨/年。该矿主运输系统设备老旧、系统复杂,主运输系统运输能力不能完全满足矿井生产需求。为此,灵新煤矿开始对矿井生产各个系统进行智能化改造,现以灵新煤矿六采区上山皮带为例,研究老煤矿采掘技术装备发展对主运输系统带来的挑战及主运输系统升级改造技术方案。通过调整CST减速箱传动比,使胶带机速度由3.4m/s提升为4.5m/s,在其他主机设备不发生改变的情况下,提升该胶带机的运输能力。 In recent years,with the development of mining technology equipment,especially the intelligent mining technology equipment input and operation,for the coal mine main transport system has brought new challenges.Linxin coal mine,Ningxin Coal Company of National Energy Group,is an old coal mine that opened in 1993 with a designed production capacity of 2.4 million tons per year and an approved production capacity of 3.9 million tons per year in 2019.The main haulage system of the mine is old and complex,and the haulage capacity of the main haulage system can not fully meet the mine production requirements.To this end,Lingxin coal mine began to intelligent transformation of the mine production systems,now Lingxin coal mine six mining area uphill belt as an example,this paper studies the challenge brought by the development of mining equipment in old coal mine to the main transportation system and the technical scheme of upgrading and reforming the main transportation system.By adjusting the transmission ratio of CST reducer,the speed of the belt conveyor is increased from 3.4m/s to 4.5m/s,and the transport capacity of the belt conveyor is increased without the change of other main equipment.
