摘要
随着人口老龄化日益加剧以及国家三胎政策的实施,社会与家庭对隔代教育的需求愈加迫切。社区老年教育和家庭教育的融合是形成代际共学互学、破解代际隔阂的重要手段,更是构建终身教育体系的重要载体。然而,社区教育中存在的机制分割、师资不足、资源分散、课程短板等问题也制约着教育的融合发展。基于对社区老年教育与家庭教育融合的问题和价值取向考析,提出融合发展的新思路:以融合内生为取向、机制完善为保障推动机制内涵建设;以融合共生为取向、教师发展为诉求强化师资队伍建设;以融合催生为取向、资源优化为抓手促进资源共享共建;以融合创生为取向、特色课程为依托实现目标根本达成。
With the escalation of the aging process and the implementation of the national three-child policy,the society and family grow up an increasingly urgent need for the skipped generation education.The integration of community senior education and family education is an important means to form intergenerational co-learning and mutual learning and to break the intergenerational gap.Moreover,it is also an important carrier to build a lifelong education system.However,community education also contains problems which restrict the integrated development,such as mechanism division,insufficient teachers,resources dispersion and curriculum weakness.Based on the analysis of the problems and value orientation of the integration of community senior education and family education,we propose a new idea of integrated development:Firstly,take the endogenous integration as the orientation and the mechanism perfection as the guarantee to promote the connotation construction of the mechanism.Secondly,take the integrated symbiosis as the orientation and teacher development as the demand to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.Thirdly,take the integrated promotion as the orientation and resource optimization as the grasp to promote the joint construction and sharing of resources.Lastly,take the integrated creation as the orientation and the special lessons as basis to achieve the basic completion of fundamental goal.
