摘要
以种植业和养殖业为主的农业面源污染源造成土壤和水体污染日益加重,严重威胁我国农业和农村的环境质量安全。水生植物狐尾藻作为一种污染物富集植物,在农业农村污染水体生态修复和治理中具有广阔的应用前景。对狐尾藻的生理生态特性、重金属、氨氮和磷等富营养成分的吸收降解机制及其影响因素进行综述;同时,对今后狐尾藻在基因组学和生物技术育种方面的研究提出建议和展望,为进一步研究和利用狐尾藻进行污染生态修复提供科学依据。
Agricultural non-point source pollution,mainly from planting and breeding,has increasingly aggravated soil and water pollution,which seriously threatens the environmental quality and safety of agriculture and rural areas in China.As a kind of pollutant accumulator,the aquatic plant Myriophyllum spicatum has a broad application prospect in ecological restoration and treatment of polluted water in agricultural and rural areas.In this paper,the physiological and ecological characteristics of Myriophyllum spicatum,and its absorption and degradation mechanisms underlying heavy metals,ammonia nitrogen,phosphorus and other nutrient-rich components and their influencing factors were reviewed.Meanwhile,suggestions and prospects for the future research on the genomics and biotechnology breeding of the plant are put forward,which will provide scientific basis for further research and ecological remediation of pollution by Myriophyllum spicatum.
