摘要
该研究结合前期研发的微生物菌剂,以黄骅冬枣为研究对象,研究微生物菌剂对黄骅冬枣果实品质的提升作用及对土壤环境的改良效果。研究表明:获得的6株菌株均具有分解有机质、活化N、P、K的作用,微生物菌剂同常规肥料搭配使用(常规肥减施30%),可使冬枣产量提高65.5%,总糖含量由15.610%提高到18.982%,可溶性固形物含量由20.323%提高到24.771%,单微生物菌剂和微生物菌剂常规肥料复合2个处理未出现病果,单普通肥料病果率仅为1%,无肥料病果率最高达15%。
In this study,the effects of microbial inoculants on improving fruit quality and soil environment of Huanghua brumal jujube were studied.The results showed that all six strains could decompose organic matter and activate N,P and K,and the activation rate was 17.5%,the yield of Huanghua brumal jujube increased by 65.5%,the total sugar content increased from 15.610%to 18.982%,the soluble solid content increased by 24.771%from 20.323%.The rate of diseased fruit was only 1%,and the rate of non-diseased fruit was the highest,up to 15%.
