摘要
随着新能源汽车续航要求的不断提高,锂电储能技术朝着能量密度高、安全性能好、寿命长、低成本等方向发展。铜箔作为锂电池负极集流体和活性物质的载体,其性能直接影响电池的容量和循环寿命。聚合物复合铜箔较电解铜箔具有重量轻、韧性好、安全系数高等优势,具有较好的发展前景。本文综述了聚合物复合铜箔制备工艺及技术难点,并对国内聚合物复合铜箔市场需求及研究现状进行了分析。在此基础上,针对目前聚合物复合铜箔应用前景及未来发展趋势进行了展望。
With the continuous improvement of the endurance requirements of new energy vehicles,lithium electric energy storage technology is developing to the directions of high energy density,good safety performance,long service life andlow cost.Copper foil is used as the carrier of fluid and active substances in the negative electrode of lithium battery,andits excellent performance directly affects the capacity and cycle life of the battery.Compared with electrolytic copper foil,polymer composite copper foil has the advantages of light weight,good toughness and high safety factor,so it has a good development prospect.In this paper,the preparation technology and technical difficulties of polymer composite copper foil are reviewed,and the market demand and research status of polymer composite copper foil in China are analyzed.On this basis,the application prospect and future development trend of polymer composite copper foil are prospected.
