摘要
鉴于现有教学方式存在无法适用于“00后”学生群体和无法满足课程思政教学需求的问题,文章在深入分析“00后”大学生思想行为特点和课程思政教学需求后,论证了PBL教学模式与二者的契合性,并以“组织行为学”课程为例,针对“00后”大学生特点和课程思政教学需求进行基于PBL教学模式的教学设计。
In view of the problems that the existing teaching methods cannot be applied to the"post-00s"student group and cannot meet the needs of the teaching of curriculum politics,the article,after an in-depth analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of"post-00s"college students and the needs of the teaching of curriculum politics,demonstrates the consistency between PBL teaching model and the two aspects,and by taking the course of Organizational Behavior as an example,it carries out a teaching design based on PBL teaching mode to address the characteristics of post-00s college students and the needs of the teaching of curriculum politics.
