摘要 某电厂2台机组为东方汽轮机有限公司生产的1050MW超超临界湿冷机组,在机组首次大修后3台高压调节阀阀盖结合面发生漏汽缺陷,造成机组负荷受限等严重威胁机组安全的事件。文章利用机组临停检修机会,从阀门结构、设计原理两方面详细分析了次新阀门结合面漏汽的具体原因,同时提供了具体的优化方案。 Two units of a power plant are 1050MW ultra-supercritical wet-cooled units produced by Dongfang Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd.After the first overhaul of the unit,steam leakage defects occurred on the joint surface of three high-pressure control valve covers,resulting in unit load limitation and other serious threats to the safety of the unit.This paper makes use of the opportunity of unit stopcheck and repair,analyzes the specific causes of steam leakage on the joint surface of the second new valve in detail from two aspects of valve structure and design principle,and provides a specific optimization scheme.
