摘要
为了防止液化天然气低温管道产生焊接缺陷,提高低温管道焊接质量,通过分析低温管道常用材料奥氏体钢的焊接特性,找出了焊接常见缺陷有晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂、焊接热裂纹等,进一步分析了各种缺陷的产生原因有晶界贫铬、焊接残余应力、杂质元素偏析等。总结出防止缺陷产生的措施有降低母材含碳量、采用含钛、铌元素的焊剂、控制焊接热输入、进行固溶处理等。工程应用实例表明:采取合理的预防措施可以避免产生焊接缺陷,保证低温管道的焊接质量。
In order to prevent welding defects in low-temperature liquefied natural gas pipelines and improve the welding quality of low-temperature pipelines,common welding defects including intergranular corrosion,stress corrosion cracking,and welding thermal cracking were identified by analyzing the welding characteristics of austenitic steel,a commonly used material for low-temperature pipelines.The causes of various defects were further analyzed,such as grain boundary chromium deficiency,welding residual stress,impurity element segregation,etc.The measures to prevent defects were summarized as reducing the carbon content of the base metal,using fluxes containing titanium and niobium,controlling welding heat input,and conducting solution treatment.
