摘要
针对高瓦斯煤矿局部通风控制系统存在的实时性差、电能浪费严重的问题,设计基于TMS320F28335微控制器的局部通风节能控制系统。其以DSP微控制器为核心,实时采集巷道内瓦斯浓度传感器数据并完成动态、自适应处理流程,当瓦斯浓度超限后完成超限闭锁功能,保证煤矿井下安全生产。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time and serious waste of electric energy in local ventilation control system of high gas coal mine,a local ventilation energy-saving control system based on TMS320F28335 microcontroller is designed.It takes DSP microcontrller as the core,cllects data from gas concentration sensors in the tunnel in real time and completes the dynamic and adaptive processing process,and completes the over-limit blocking function when the gas concentration exceeds the limit to ensure safe production in coal mines.
