摘要
在概述永磁电机工作原理及特性优势的基础上,对同发东周窑矿井下水平层综采顺槽皮带巷带式输送机三相异步电机驱动改为永磁电机直驱前后的电机功效、减速器效率、液力偶合器效率、总传动效率、滚筒功率、总输入功率及电能消耗量等进行了比较,验证了永磁电机直驱煤矿井下带式输送机的可行性与效率性。
Based on the overview of the working principle and characteristic advantages of permanent magnet motor,the motor efficacy,reducer eficiency,hydraulic coupling efficiency,total transmission efficiency,pulley power,total input power and electric power consumption of three-phase asynchronous motor drive of belt conveyor in belt lane of horizontal layer comprehensive mining in Tongfa Dongchouyao mine were compared before and afer changing to permanent magnet motor direct drive,and the feasibility and efficiency of permanent magnet motor direct drive coal mine underground belt conveyor were verified.conveyor.
