摘要
城市更新已成为推动我国城市高质量发展的战略,为重塑以人为本的街道空间带来良好的发展契机。文章分析城市更新对街道设计的影响,总结现有街道横断面设计中存在的管控模式不顺畅、理念方法待激励、规范标准待优化、设计路径不便捷四个关键问题。通过借鉴美国、中国香港和新加坡等国内外先进国家与地区的经验,从提升建筑退让空间管控、完善体制机制、制定规范标准、提升方法可操作性等方面对国内街道横断面设计提出优化建议,为相关规范、标准与工程实践提供参考。
Urban renewal has been a strategic measure to promote high-quality urban development,which provides a good opportunity for reshaping the people-oriented street space.The influence of urban renewal on street design is analyzed,and four key problems in the current street cross-section design are summarized,including the unsmooth management and control mode,the need to motivate the concept and method,the need to optimize the standard requirements,and the inconvenient design path.By drawing on the relevant experience of advanced cities and regions at home and abroad,such as the United States,Hong Kong,China and Singapore,for the cross-section design of domestic streets,optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of building setback space management and control,institutional mechanisms,standard requirements,method and path operability,etc.,in order to provide reference for optimizing relevant norms and standards as well as guiding engineering practice.
