摘要
目的分析达格列净与沙格列汀分别联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者胰岛功能的影响。方法选取2022年1—6月青海大学附属医院收治的96例T2DM患者为研究对象,将其随机分为参照组和研究组,各48例。参照组采取沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,研究组采取达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗。对比两组治疗后血糖、血脂指标水平及胰岛功能。结果治疗后,两组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c指标均降低,且研究组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LDL-C、TG及TC指标均降低,且研究组LDL-C、TG及TC指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FINS及HOMA-IR指标均降低,HOMA-β指标均升高,且研究组FINS及HOMA-IR指标均低于参照组,HOMA-β指标高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM应用达格列净与沙格列汀分别联合二甲双胍治疗,均能在一定程度控制患者血糖、血脂指标,且安全性较高,但达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗效果更为明显,整体血糖、血脂水平控制较好,能积极促进胰岛功能进一步改善。
Objective To analyze the effects of Dapagliflozin and saxagliptin respectively combined with metformin on islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 96 patients with T2DM admitted to the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,with 48 cases each.The reference group was treated with saxagliptin combined with metformin,and the study group was treated with Dapagliflozin combined with metformin.The levels of blood glucose,lipid indexes and islet function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the indexes of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the two groups decreased,and the indexes of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of LDL-C,TG and TC in the two groups decreased,and the indexes of LDL-C,TG and TC in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FINS and HOMA-IR indexes in two groups decreased,HOMA-βwere all increased,and the FINS and HOMA-IR indexes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,HOMA-βwas higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of T2DM with Dapagliflozin and saxagliptin respectively combined with metformin can control patients'blood glucose and lipid indexes to a certain extent with higher safety,but the effect of Dapagliflozin combined with metformin treatment is more obvious,and the overall blood glucose and lipid levels are better controlled,which can actively promote further improvement of islet function.
