摘要
针对在灰岩夹页岩地层隧道爆破开挖时,上软下硬岩体中存在底部欠挖和特大尺寸块石的问题,与隧道现场爆破实验相结合,对爆破参数展开了优化,从而有效地解决了原爆破方案典型试验段下隧道掌子面中底部欠挖、产生大尺寸块石、拱部超欠挖等工程问题。采用了增加掏槽孔数量、减少单孔装药量、周边眼采用长短孔钻孔结合等方法,提高了隧道爆破开挖的效果,对隧道超欠挖的问题得到了有效的控制,从而降低了初期喷砼的损耗量,为隧道施工创造了最好的效益。
In response to the problems of underexcavation at the bottom and oversized block stones in the upper soft and lower hard rock masses during tunnel blasting excavation in the limestone shale layer,the blasting parameters were optimized in combination with on-site tunnel blasting experiments,effectively solving engineering problems such as underexcavation at the bottom,oversized block stones,and over underexcavation at the arch of the tunnel face in the typical test section of the original blasting plan.The methods of increasing the number of cut holes,reducing the amount of single hole charge,and combining long and short hole drilling in the surrounding holes have been adopted to improve the effectiveness of tunnel blasting excavation,effectively controlling the problem of over excavation and underexcavation of the tunnel,thereby reducing the loss of initial shotcrete and creating the best benefits for tunnel construction.
