摘要
平衡能力是身体最基本的一项素质,是人体完成任何行为活动的基础保障。随着年龄的增长,平衡能力逐渐下降,而运动干预能够减缓平衡能力的衰退。大众健美操和曳步舞是现今非常流行的两种健身舞蹈,深受广大学生的喜爱。基于此,本研究采用文献资料、实验、数理统计等研究方法,通过选取苏州大学普通专业两个健美操班的女大学生作为实验对象进行14周的实验,以此探究曳步舞、大众健美操两种运动方式对女大学生平衡能力影响的差异性,为女大学生选择改善平衡能力的运动项目提供科学指导,为曳步舞、大众健美操在高校开展提供理论依据。
Balance ability is one of the most basic physical qualities and the basic guarantee for the human body to complete any behavior.With the growth of age,the balance ability will gradually decline,and exercise intervention can slow down the decline of balance ability.Mass aerobics and shuffling dance are two popular fitness dances,which are popular among students.Based on this,this research adopts the methods of literature review,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods.By selecting female college students from two aerobics classes of general majors in Suzhou University as the experimental subjects,the research conducted a 14-week experiment to explore the differences of the impact of the shuffling dance and mass aerobics on the balance ability of female college students,and provide scientific guidance for female college students to choose sports to improve their balance ability,and provide scientific guidance for the promotion of mass aerobics and shuffling dance in colleges and universities.
