摘要
基于文献分析法,从经济、技术、社会、管理和政策5个维度,提取20个推广绿色农房建设的阻碍因素,运用DEMATEL-ISM模型技术,对阻碍因素间的作用关系进行系统化、层次化分析,建立递阶层次结构模型,探究推广绿色农房建设的阻碍因素。研究发现,政府重视不足、法律法规不完善、财政补贴不足、传统社会规范及自我管理是推广绿色农房建设的关键阻碍因素。关键阻碍要素借助中间层要素的传递作用影响直接层要素而形成了主导性阻碍路径,应在制定推广绿色农房建设策略时予以优先考虑。
Based on literature analysis,20 factors hindering the promotion of green rural housing construction are extracted from the five dimensions of economy,technology,society,management,and policy.The DEMATEL-ISM model is used to systematically and hierarchically identify the correlations between the hindering factors.Then,a hierarchical structure model is built to explore the blocking factor for promoting green rural housing construction.The Results indicates that insufficient government attention,imperfect laws and regulations,inadequate financial subsidies,traditional social norms and self-management are the key hindering factors to the promotion of green rural housing construction.The key hindering factors,through the transmission of intermediate layer factors,can influence the direct layer factors and form a dominant blocking path,which should be given priority when formulating the promotion strategy of green rural housing construction.
