摘要
文章阐释开宣肺痹法在咳嗽中的应用规律。“诸气膹郁,皆属于肺”,开宣肺痹法,即因势利导,通过开宣气机、通达郁痹等方式,使肺恢复宣降之本性,从而处理咳嗽的相关病症。从经典理论出发,归纳开宣肺痹法的具体方法有五:一是温肺散寒法,适用于风寒袭肺证,代表方如麻黄汤等;二是清宣郁热法,适用于肺火郁痹证,代表方如栀子豉汤等;三是宣肺化湿法,通调水之上源,适用于湿阻肺痹证,代表方如三仁汤等;四是清肺化瘀法,适用于痰瘀肺痹证,代表方如苇茎汤;五是宣肺通腑法,宣肺金以降阳明,适用于肺热腑实证,代表方如宣白承气汤等。
The paper explains the application rules of Kaixuan Feibi method in cough.‘All qi stagnation belongs to the lung',Kaixuan Feibi method is to make the best use of the situation to restore the nature of the lung by regulating qi activity and smooth depression and stagnation so as to deal with cough related diseases.Based on the classical theory,there are five specific methods to induce the Kaixuan Feibi method:first,the method of warming the lung and dispersing cold,which is applicable to the syndrome of wind cold attacking the lung,such as Mahuang Decoction;second,the method of removing heat from the lung,which is applicable to the syndrome of stagnation of lung fire,such as Zhizi Chi Decoction;third,expel the lung and transform the dampness,regulate the source above the water,and apply to the syndrome of dampness obstructing the lung,such as Sanren Decoction;fourth,the method of clearing the lung and removing blood stasis,which is applicable to phlegm stasis and lung impediment syndrome,represented by Weijing Decoction;fifth,the method of dispersing the lung and defecating,the method of dispersing the lung gold to lower yangming and brightness is applicable to the excess of lung heat and constipation,such as Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction,etc..
