摘要
透明质酸具有保湿能力以及润滑等功效,在软骨、皮肤、脐带和鸡冠中含量极高,且在化妆品和护肤品方面、控制癌症以及新型药物载体设计方面的应用极其广泛。为了继续探究微生物摇瓶发酵下提高透明质酸产量的营养和培养条件,实验对一株兽疫链球菌菌株通过单因素和正交实验法进行发酵培养基及培养条件优化,最终确定兽疫链球菌的最佳发酵条件为:发酵温度37℃、初始pH值7.4、发酵时间为16 h,最佳培养基配比为葡萄糖3%,牛肉膏4.5%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.03%,异甘草素0.09%。
Hyaluronic acid has moisturizing ability and lubrication effects,and is extremely high in cartilage,skin,umbilical cord and cockscomb.And it is also widely used in cosmetics and skin care products,cancer control,and the design of new drug carriers.In order to continue to explore the nutrition and culture conditions for improving the production of hyaluronic acid under microbial shake flask fermentation,the experiment optimized the fermentation medium and culture conditions of a Streptococcus zooepidemicus strain by single factor and orthogonal experiments,and finally determined the the optimal fermentation conditions were:fermentation temperature of 37℃,initial pH value of 7.4,fermentation time of 16 h,optimal medium ratio of 3%glucose,4.5%beef extract,0.03%MgSO 4·7H 2O,and 0.09%isoliquiritigenin.
