摘要
产教融合背景下的人才培养注重学生的解决实际问题能力以及工程项目实践能力,需要具备多学科交叉的创新能力。对轨道交通类专业人才多学科交叉、跨专业、跨学科协同创新实践能力培养的模式和途径进行改进,定位轨道交通设备产业需求发展,在人才培养过程中探索如何全面融入学科竞赛、创新创业项目等实践环节,凸显轨道交通的学科优势和特色,为经济社会发展提供智力支持和人才支撑。本文以广州铁路职业技术学院轨道交通专业为例,就产教融合背景下人才协同创新实践能力培养模式进行了介绍,也能为其他高职院校提供参考借鉴。
Under the background of the integration of production and education,talent cultivation pays attention to students'ability to solve practical problems and practice engineering projects,and needs the innovative ability of interdisciplinary.We will improve the modes and ways of training the practical ability of multi-disciplinary,cross-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary collaborative innovation of rail transit professionals,position the demand development of rail transit equipment industry,and explore how to fully integrate into practice links such as discipline competitions,innovation and entrepreneurship projects,highlight the discipline advantages and characteristics of rail transit,and provide intellectual support and talent support for economic and social development.Taking the rail transit major of Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper introduces the training mode of talents'collaborative innovation and practical ability under the background of the integration of production and education,which can also provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
