摘要
阐述了沸腾传热过程、沸腾传热机制及常用的强化沸腾传热手段,并以200万t/a大型芳烃联合装置为例,介绍了涉及沸腾传热过程的设备概况,比较了普通光管换热设备和使用强化沸腾传热技术的高通量换热设备的传热面积、设备质量。结果显示,采用强化沸腾传热的高通量换热设备,在相同的传热温差下,传热面积、设备总质量可以减少约28%,同时设备占地、管道投资均会有所减少。
The boiling heat transfer process,boiling heat transfer mechanism and commonly used means of enhanced boiling heat transfer were described.Taking a 2 million tons per year aromatic hydrocarbon com⁃plex device as an example,the equipment overview involved in the boiling heat transfer process was intro⁃duced,and the heat transfer area and equipment weight of ordinary smooth tube heat exchange equipment and high-throughput heat exchange equipment using enhanced boiling heat transfer technology were com⁃pared.The results show that by using high-throughput heat exchange equipment to enhance boiling heat transfer,under the same heat transfer temperature difference,the heat transfer area and equipment total weight can be reduced by about 28%,and the equipment land occupation and pipeline investment will be reduced.
