摘要
目的 探讨冠心病的治疗方法。方法 将70例冠心病患者随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀治疗。观察两组临床效果。结果 观察组有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(χ^(2)=5.29,P=0.022);观察组血脂及心功能等相关指标改善程度优于对照组(t=2.17~111.13,P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病具有更好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the treatment of CHD.Methods 70 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin as well as trimetazidine.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 74.29%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.29,P=0.022).The improvement of blood lipids and cardiac functions in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=2.17-11.13,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of atorvastatin and trimetazidine can produce better clinical efficacy in treating CHD than the use of trimetazidine only.
