摘要
随着储能系统的发展,对双向DC/DC变流器的研究逐步深入。为满足兼顾稳定性的同时提高变换效率的要求,设计出具有高稳定性、输出电流频率高、脉动小等优势的多相多重变流器。同时,利用SiC-MOSFET代替传统的IGBT等开关功率器件,减小变流器体积,同时有效减小整流损耗,提高电源效率。针对由SiC-MOSFET组成的双向DC/DC变流器,为控制其输出上下互补的驱动波形,完成同步整流功能。本文利用DSP控制输出三相交错式PWM波驱动双向DC/DC变流器输出上下桥互补PWM波,验证了其控制系统的可行性。
With the development of the current energy storage system,the research on bidirectional DC/DC converters is gradually deepened.In order to meet the requirements of both stability and conversion efficiency,a multi-phase multiple converter with advantages of high stability,high output current frequency,and low ripple is designed.At the same time,SiC MOSFET is used to replace the traditional IGBT and other switching power devices,reducing the converter volume,effectively reducing the rectifier loss,and improving the power efficiency.For the bi-directional DC/DC converter composed of SiC-MOSFET,in order to control its output complementary driving waveform and complete the synchronous rectification function,this paper uses DSP to control the output three-phase interleaved PWM wave to drive the bi-directional DC/DC converter to output complementary PWM wave of upper and lower bridges,which verifies the feasibility of its control system.
