固体发动机外防护涂层紧贴型缺陷太赫兹成像实验研究

摘要 针对固体火箭发动机金属壳体外防护涂层紧贴型无黏结缺陷检测问题,采用反射式太赫兹时域光谱成像技术对标准涂层试件进行检测,实现对黏好区、紧密接触但是黏结失效区(无黏结区)、交界区和微小缺陷区分布情况判识。对比了不同原始信号预处理、不同降维处理和不同样本量分类识别处理对四类区域特征识别的效果。结果表明,采用主成分分析结合支持向量机方法,四类特征的预测分类区域图像与实际分类区域分布吻合,并且在较少样本量的情况下保持了稳定的预测分类结果,可靠性较高。证实了太赫兹技术用于对固体火箭发动机壳体与涂层的黏结结构进行非接触无损检测中,能够自动识别紧密接触型黏结失效缺陷和微小缺陷,为进一步的涂层质量控制提供了一种新的检测手段。 Focusing on the problem of external protective coating close-fitting defects of solid rocket motor,the reflective terahertz time-domain spectroscopy imaging technology was used to testing a prefabricated defect specimen,which includes the bonded area,close-fitting contact but bonding failure area(bonding-failure area),junction area and micro defect area.The effects for different processing procedures,which include different pre-processings,different dimension reduction methods and different size data sets of classification training,are compared.The results show that the predicted classification area images of the four featuresusing the principal component analysis and support vector machine method are consistent with the actual classification area distribution,and that the stable prediction classification are maintained under the condition of small sample data sets.It is proved that terahertz technology can perform non-contact nondestructive testing on the bonding structure between the solid rocket motor shell and the coating,and can automatically identify the bonding-failure defects and small size defectswith high reliability,and provide a new method for further coating quality control.
