摘要
在机械加工行业中,卧式加工中心是箱体类零件加工不可或缺的加工母机。随着制造业技术的快速发展,卧式加工中心的种类不断细分。基于机床的导轨布置形式,可以分为线轨与硬轨,适应不同行业的需求。硬轨形式卧式加工中心主要用于机床重载、重切削的加工工况,由于结构特殊性,无法实现机床各传动轴高速快移运行。为解决这一问题,满足用户需求,开发了一种应用于重切型卧式加工中心进给轴高速快移的镶钢导轨结构。介绍了这一结构的原理和组成,分析了结构特点。这一结构打破传统硬轨结构设计理念,采用新设计方式及工艺,可以实现重切型卧式加工中心进给轴的高速快移,提高机床加工效率。
In the machining industry,the horizontal machining center is an indispensable machining machine for the processing of box part.With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,the types of horizontal machining centers are constantly subdivided.Based on the guide rail layout of the machine tool,it can be divided into line rail and hard rail to meet the needs of different industries.The hard rail horizontal machining center is mainly used for heavy load and heavy cutting processing conditions of machine tool,due to structural particularity,it can not achieve high speed fast movement of each transmission shaft of machine tool.In order to solve this problem and meet the need of user,a steel lined guide rail structure was developed and applied to high speed fast movement of feed shaft of heavy cut horizontal machining center.The principle and composition of this structure were introduced,and the structural characteristics were analyzed.This structure breaks the traditional design concept of hard rail structure,and adopts new design method and process,which can realize the high speed fast movement of feed shaft of heavy cut horizontal machining center and improve the processing efficiency of machine tool.
