基于振动信号相位检测的地铁车辆牵引设备故障自动诊断研究

摘要 为提高地铁车辆牵引设备故障诊断的效果,提出基于振动信号相位检测的地铁车辆牵引设备故障自动诊断方法。分析了地铁车辆牵引设备的常见故障,根据故障产生机理设置对应振动信号的特征。采集牵引设备实时振动信号,对初始振动信号进行预处理;从时域和频域两个方面提取振动信号特征,与基准相位进行比对计算信号的相位差,通过特征匹配得出地铁车辆牵引设备故障类型和故障位置的诊断结果。实测分析结果显示:设计方法故障类型诊断误差的平均值为0.6%,故障位置诊断误差始终低于2 mm。 In order to improve the effect of fault diagnosis of metro vehicle traction equipment,an automatic fault diagnosis method of metro vehicle traction equipment based on vibration signal phase detection is proposed.The common faults of metro vehicle traction equipment are analyzed,and the characteristics of corresponding vibration signals are set according to the fault generation mechanism.On the premise of considering the transmission of vibration signal,the real-time vibration signal of traction equipment is collected and the initial vibration signal is preprocessed.The vibration signal features are extracted from the time domain and frequency domain,and compared with the reference phase to calculate the phase difference of the signal.Through feature matching,the diagnosis results of the fault type and fault location of the metro vehicle traction equipment are obtained.The measured analysis results show that the average value of the fault type diagnosis error of the design method is 0.6%,and the fault location diagnosis error is always lower than 2 mm.
