摘要
基于某型号绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)及其散热器,采用理论与试验相结合的方式,系统分析了IGBT运行损耗产生机理及散热设计基本原理,综合研究了界面状态对IGBT整体散热的影响。结果表明,安装界面是否涂覆导热硅脂,散热器的热阻差值可达25%以上;安装界面涂覆材料的物理特性及尺寸存在优选范围,对其散热存在较大的影响。
Based on a certain type of IGBT and heatsink,it uses a combination of theory and experiment to analyze the mechanism of the IGBT operation loss and the basic principles of heat dissipation design.The influence between the interface state and the heat dissipation of the IGBT is comprehensively studied.The results show that:Whether the installation interface is coated with thermal grease,the thermal resistance of the heatsink difference can reach more than 25%.The physical properties and dimensions of the installation interface coating material have a preferred range.
