摘要
城市地下管网作为现代化城市生产和生活的一个重要基础设施,是城镇化快速发展的重要组成部分,随着城市建设发展的快速推进,地下管网的数量与体量也成倍地增长。由于地下管网的不可见性、地下立体性等特征,在城市发展建设与老旧管网老化下,对管网空间信息的准确定位与捕捉有着越来越高的要求。近年来,由于开挖不当、老旧管网年久失修造成的经济损失也越发频繁。管网及其附属设施的信息量越来越大,城市地下管网的管理仍然跟不上城市建设的发展水平,因此借助现代科技手段提高城市地下管网管理水平已经是必然趋势。实景三维中国建设已在各大城市落地并取得了多样的应用模式,三维管网信息系统的建立与实景三维中国建设可以为智慧城市的推进提供应用平台,为城市的高质量发展提出了解决方案。文章介绍了建立城市地下管网信息管理系统的数据预处理与数据库设计,对城市地下管网的信息处理、数据编码与入库进行阐述,通过三维地下管网系统的建设研究与成果可视化、不同应用场景的实际应用分析,为城市地下管网数据的管理与应用提供新的思路。
As an important infrastructure of modern urban production and life,urban underground pipe network is an important part of the rapid development of urbanization.With the rapid development of urban construction,the number and volume of underground pipe network has doubled.Due to the invisibility,underground three-dimensional and other characteristics of the underground pipe network,under the urban development and construction and the aging of the old pipe network,there is higher and higher requirement for the accurate location and capture of the spatial information of the pipe network.In recent years,economic losses caused by improper excavation and disrepair of old pipe networks have become more frequent.With the increasing amount of information about the pipe networks and its auxiliary facilities,the management of urban underground pipe network still cannot keep up with the development level of urban construction.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to improve the management level of urban underground pipe network by means of modern science and technology.Realistic 3D China construction has been implemented in major cities and has achieved a variety of application modes.The establishment of a 3D pipe network information system and the construction of realistic 3D China can provide an application platform for the promotion of smart cities and provide solutions for the high-quality development of cities.This paper introduces the data pre-processing and database design of the urban underground pipe network information management system,expounds the information processing,data coding and warehousing of urban underground pipe network,and provides a new idea for the management and application of urban underground pipe network data through the construction research and visualization of results of the three-dimensional underground pipe network system,and the practical application analysis of different application scenarios.
