摘要 成都第二绕城高速公路跨成灌铁路桥梁全长1621 m,其右线第38孔、左线第40孔跨越成灌客运专线,对既有线的影响里程约为150 m,跨线桥的走向与拟跨高铁线路非正交,由于对既有客运铁路线路有影响,经专家论证推荐选用平转法施工专项跨越方案。文章结合转体施工过程,分别从工程概况、工艺流程、转体过程施工的关键点、转体变更工程预算增减量等方面,对成都第二绕城高速公路跨成灌铁路桥梁平转法施工专项方案进行针对性探讨,以期为同类项目编制施工专项方案和施工组织设计提供帮助和参考。 The total length of the bridge of Chengdu Second Ring Expressway crossing Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway is 1621 m,with the 38th hole of the right line and the 40th hole of the left line crossing Chengdu-Dujiangyan Passenger Dedicated Line,which has an influence on the mileage of the existing line about 150 m.The direction of the cross-line bridge is not orthogonal to the proposed cross-high-speed railway line.Due to the influence on the existing passenger railway line,it is recommended by experts to use the horizontal rotation method for the construction the special crossing scheme.Combined with the rotation construction process,this paper discusses the special scheme of horizontal rotation construction of Chengdu Second Ring Expressway crossing Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway Bridge from the aspects of project overview,process flow,key construction points of rotation process and budget increase and decrease of rotation change project,so as to provide help and reference for similar projects to compile special construction scheme and construction organization design.
