摘要
目的:分析改良超声乳化手术治疗白内障合并高度近视患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月徐州复兴眼科医院收治的白内障合并高度近视患者82例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。观察组给予改良超声乳化手术治疗,对照组给予常规超声乳化手术治疗。比较两组患者并发症发生率、临床指标、角膜内皮细胞计数、生活质量。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);术后1个月,观察组患者角膜散光度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后1、3个月,观察组角膜内皮细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者心理功能、物质状态功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良超声乳化手术治疗白内障合并高度近视患者效果显著,并发症发生率较低,可改善角膜散光度、角膜内皮细胞计数水平及生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract patients with high myopia.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,eighty-two cataract patients with high myopia admitted to Xuzhou Fuxing Eye Hospital were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group was given modified phacoemulsification,and the control group was given conventional phacoemulsification.The incidence of complications,clinical indicators,corneal endothelial cell count,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).One month after operation,the degree of corneal astigmatism in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the corneal endothelial cell count in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of psychological function,material state function,physical function and social function of the two groups were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved phacoemulsification surgery has a significant effect in treating cataract patients with high myopia,and the incidence of complications is low.It can improve corneal astigmatism,corneal endothelial cell count and quality of life.
