摘要
以大果紫檀(Pterocarpus macrocarpus)、奥氏黄檀(Dalbergia oliveri)、光亮杂色豆(Baphia nitida)三种热带阔叶树材为研究对象,在160、180、200℃下对其进行热处理,探究热处理温度对其心材的颜色、尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,三种木材的质量损失率均逐渐增大,颜色逐渐加深,热处理对光亮杂色豆和大果紫檀的颜色影响更大;三种木材在常温低湿(25℃、30%RH)和高温高湿(40℃、90%RH)条件下的吸湿平衡含水率和湿胀率均持续减小,阻湿率和体积抗胀率增大,尺寸稳定性明显提高。在200℃热处理后,三种木材均表现出明显增加的质量损失率和颜色变化,因此该三种木材较优的热处理工艺为180℃、3 h。
To investigate the effects of different temperatures on the color and dimensional stability of three tropical hardwoods,the heat treatments were conducted at 160,180,and 200°C on Pterocarpus macrocarpus,Dalbergia oliveri,and Baphia nitida,respectively.The results showed that the mass loss of all three hardwoods increased,and the color gradually darkened with increasing heat treatment temperature.Among them,the color of Pterocarpus macrocarpus and Baphia nitida after heat treatment was affected more substantially than Dalbergia oliveri.In addition,as the temperature increased,the moisture adsorption and swelling coefficient of wood samples decreased,the moisture excluding efficiency and anti-swelling efficiency increased,and the dimensional stability significantly improved at both low humidity(25℃,30%RH)and high humidity(40℃,90%RH)conditions respectively.Additionally,significant mass loss and color changes were observed after the heat treatment at 200℃.Therefore,the optimum heat treatment process is 180℃for 3 h.
