摘要
目的分析家庭参与式护理管理在女性不孕症患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取女性不孕症患者78例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭参与式护理管理。对比两组各项指标。结果与护理前比较,护理后两组病耻感各维度评分、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;护理后观察组生活质量各维度评分、护理满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理管理能够有效改善女性不孕症患者的病耻感和负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of family participatory nursing management in the nursing of female infertility patients.Methods 78 cases of female infertility patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family participatory nursing management on the basis of the control group.The indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of all dimensions of stigma,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the two groups decreased after nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group;after nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory nursing management can effectively improve the stigma and negative emotions of female infertility patients,improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction rate.
