摘要
“三农”问题是我国经济发展重点关注的问题,是关系国计民生的根本性问题。中央“一号文件”从2004年到2023年已经连续20年都是以“三农”工作为主题,可见发展农村经济,增加农民收入,实现农业现代化始终在我国经济发展中占据着不可撼动的重要地位。该文以乡村振兴战略作为研究背景,分析乡村振兴背景下乡村产业融合的问题与具体表现,并从助推土地流转政策的顺利落地、提升农产品附加值、提升产业融合经营主体的综合能力、健全农村金融体系的支持与做好农业基础设施的建设5个层面探讨乡村振兴背景下乡村产业融合的具体路径。
The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the key concern of China's economic development and a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The"No.1 Central Document"has been focusing on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"for 20 consecutive years from 2004 to 2023.It can be seen that the development of rural economy,the increase of farmers'income and the realization of agricultural modernization have always occupied an unshakable important position in China's economic development.Taking the strategy of rural revitalization as the research background,this paper analyzes the problems and specific performance of rural industrial integration in the context of rural revitalization.it also discusses the specific path of rural industrial integration in the context of rural revitalization from five aspects:promoting the smooth landing of land transfer policy,enhancing the added value of agricultural products,enhancing the comprehensive ability of industrial integration,improving the support of rural financial system,and enhancing the construction of agricultural infrastructure.
